What stays on your computer

ReticleQuay stores display selections and crosshair presets in its application data folder on your computer. Presets contain display identifiers, names, shapes, colors, sizes, positions, opacity and visibility settings. The app does not require a ReticleQuay account or upload these settings to Trieflow LLC.

The overlay does not need access to game process memory, screen recordings, camera, microphone or your documents. ReticleQuay does not include advertising, behavioral analytics or an app telemetry service.

Microsoft Store

Microsoft handles Store purchases, payment information and Store delivery. Microsoft may collect information as described in its own Privacy Statement. Trieflow LLC does not receive your full payment card information through ReticleQuay.

This website

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider processes standard web request data, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to deliver and protect the site. Do not send personal documents or account credentials through support requests.

Support messages

If you email us, we receive your address and anything you include. We use that information to answer your request and investigate the issue. Send only the details needed, such as the app version and a description of the problem.

Your choices and contact

You can remove saved presets in the app and remove its local data through your Windows app settings. To request deletion of support correspondence or ask a privacy question, email support@trieflow.com. Trieflow LLC provides ReticleQuay and this website.
